HELLO EVERYONE, I HAVE BEEN READING SOME GOOD REPORTS ABOUT 'NECTAR EASE', IT IS MANUKA HONEY FACTOR 12, WITH BEE VENOM, 'LOOK UP NECTAR EASE' ON PC. I KNOW SOMEONE ON THIS HONEY SO HAVE ORDERED SOME TO TRY. MIGHT BE WORTH A SHOT. IT APPEARS A BLOKE IN NEW ZEALAND HAD RA AND WAS IN A LOT OF JOINT PAIN SO HE PUT BEES ON HIS KNEES, WHAT HE FOUND WAS THE BEE STINGS RELIEVED HIS PAIN FOR A YEAR, SO THEY HAVE FOUND A WAY OF PUTTING THE VENOM IN HONEY, BUT IT IS ONLY MANUKA HONEY. THIS IS WORTH READING, ALSO TRY 'GOGI' BERRIES, MY HEMOGLOBIN HAS BEEN DOWN AS LOW AS 10, I GOT FED UP OF TAKING IRON PILLS SINCE TAKING GOGI BERRIES MY HEMOGLOBIN IS 13.6. THIS ALSO IS WORTH READING. I AM LIKE A LITTLE MOLE FERRETING OUT INFORMATION THAT COULD BE USEFULL TO US WITH RA.
REGARDS

Thanks for the information Dave.
Anything's worth a try as long as we remember to tell the docs what we are taking.
Is it expensive?

It makes lovely hand cream, foot cream and body lotion too. Don't know that I would want to try it though it would be good to get some feed back David.

It supposedly helps people with RA;http://www.best-home-remedies.com/review/green-tea/goji-berries.html

But it is like al of these natural remedies, what helps one may not help another, but it is laden with amino acids and minerals and will be very healthful for you.

You can buy them from supermarkets. Or Superfoods sells them;

Thanks for the info Dave. I tried Gogi berries a couple of years ago when I was on a health kick since I had read they were the new super fruit at the time. I ate the dried berries and the taste was yuck.

I might give them ago again now that I have RA to see if they can give me any health benefits. How do you take them? In solid or liquid form?

Agnes, you'll find dried ones in places like Holland and Barrett, (or a good health food store I would think)

and a message for the "little mole."................thanks for interesting posts, Dave, hope you continue to make progress, good luck, Lxx
